When it comes to losing weight, I think "ineffective" is the operative word, because in the world of dieting, it"s so very easy to go wrong. So very very wrong. And, when it comes to female dieting logic, I"ve heard it all..because no one, and I mean no one, can rationalize a calorie away like a woman on a diet can.
