Exigent recall of Galaxy Cookie : The Food Standards agency has issued an urgent recall of Galaxy chocolate bar from Mars Chocolate, UK due to the risk of white plastic pieces in the product. The Galaxy Cookie Crumble chocolate bars (114g) being recalled had a "best before" end date of 16 August 2015 and batch codes PB21, PB22 and PB23.
