Water is considered a panacea, elixir, substance for sustaining life as well as promoting health. You should drink at least eight glasses each day to prevent dehydration. Not drinking enough water can lead to serious health complications. These complications can include illness from toxins, contaminants, and pollutants collecting in the body because they are not being removed, due to lack of water.
