If there"s one thing that the majority of Filipinos will agree on, it"s that Japanese food can spark cravings that won"t quit until satisfied. I"ve been craving for Tonkatsu for weeks and as luck would have it, during a recent visit to Century City Mall, I saw Kimukatsu, a restaurant famous for its Mille-feuille style Tonkatsu.
