Kaon Ta Na!: Leche Flan

One of my childhood favorites, leche flan has been passed down from generation to generation and recipe remained unchanged - an egg and milk-based custard capped off with glistening caramelized sugar. During celebrations such as parties and town fiestas, your dining table will not be perfect without it.
