Syagul | Kaon Ta Na!

A flavored Syagul should be really spicy, cooked with coconut milk with burned grated coconut and of course, with the main ingredient - meat of a stingray. It may not look appetizing to some but this olive-colored dish is popular in Mindanao and is served at a very affordable price.
